on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Regional Identity (BMLEH), the German Society for Animal Production (DGfZ) and the German Organizing Committee are very pleased to invite you to the 77^th meeting of the European Federation of Animal Science (EAAP), which will take place from 7 to 11 September 2026 in the lively and historic city of Hamburg. Under the general theme “Shaping resilient livestock systems is key to circular agriculture”, we will discuss innovative approaches and solutions for sustainable and resilient livestock systems. Knowledge-based innovations in the livestock sector are essential for developing resilient, circular agricultural systems that can ensure food security, promote animal health, mitigate the negative effects of climate change and contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
